The radical right has been making continual attacks on the First Amendment. They want to repeal freedom of religion, and use government money to dictate what people pray. They are continually attacking the press as "Fake News," and "Lies." Now they are arresting people in the middle of the night for speaking out on social media about a grievance against the government. They couldn't find a judge who would let them proceed to trial, but they held him in jail for 5 months, while he lost his car and his home.

Don't get side tracked by the FBI red herring. This was a decision by a right wing federal prosecutor who got the arrest warrant. Political appointees are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. FBI agents are professional cops who do what the judge tells them to do.

Those political appointees that you are talking about would have been appointed by Obama, you know the Democrat black man since he was being watched for a long time before his arrest. This was Obama's FBI and it was Obama's FBI that put out the memo about watching these groups so I don't know where you get right wing out of any of this.
