The market is not pie in the sky. You want an example? TVs.

Five years ago a TV that is now $2000 cost over $10000. Why? Competition and technology advances.

Do the same thing with drugs.

The planet is still in one piece, the economy is still good, and things in general seem to be moving in a generally acceptable direction despite all the hysteria.

Though I definitely don't agree with everything he's doing.
