Um... FINCENS is an end user and/or liaison to an end user (other law enforcement). SARS are filed with regulators and Treasury. If something was deleted from a FINCENS database, so what? The filing institution and main Treasury still have them, so... ?

And its fascinating. Apparently a law enforcement official noticed that Suspicious Activity Reports in the FINCEN system were being deleted or hidden. Something unheard of. So he or she leaked one that alludes to 2 of the missing ones.
This is pretty serious if accurate. It implies a high level intentional effort to hide insanely criminal actions. And it means we need to find out what else is missing.
I think Cohen is a POS but SAR's are filed routinely at a rate of 1 Million a year. They indicate a transaction occurred of which the bank was required to file a report not that a crime was necessarily committed. For example you deposit or withdrawal $10,000 cash at one time they will file a report. Its not illegal to take more than $10,000 out of one of your bank accounts.
With or without the alleged missing reports the feds have access to Cohen's bank records would show why the reports were filed.
Again in context a unknown person who claims to be in law enforcement claims the above occurred. Lets wait and see what Cohen is actually being charged with. I just don't like stories based on people who won't come forward and say who they are.
I thought Trump was the guy the left was after. Sounds like the gang that couldn't shoot straight.

So Hillary Clinton has been under various investigations over the last 25 or so years by various agencies and politically motivated groups and Congressional committees, and many (like the 7 Benghazi hearings) which were lead by "top" GOP leaders found nothing.
If she is as guilty as some in the GOP say, either Clinton is THAT good or the GOP is the gang that couldn't shoot straight.
