That supports the intelligence community’s finding last year that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally ordered the influence campaign to help Trump.
The top two leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Chair Richard Burr (R-NC) and Ranking Member Mark Warner (D-VA) conclude that Russia did try to help Trump win the 2016 presidential election.

That meant nothing to the president and his loyalists who claim that the Trump-Russia connection is a “hoax” and a “witch hunt.” But now that a key Senate panel has backed the US intelligence community against Trump’s attacks, that defense is much, much weaker.

So..... the Senate Republicans have shown that they are not the sewer-slime(party before country) that the Congressional Republicans are!

Uh,

A) Even if true, the "collusion" is still a hoax, at least insofar as no one has even suggested what "collusion" might mean, much less putting forth a scenerio.

B) Regardless of who said what, we now know that it is factually not true. The Russians bought some facebook ads. They seem to be evenly divided between those that supported Trump and those that stirred leftist racial issues. The real motivation seems to have been creating chaos for the process. Regardless of who they more supported, it is all pretty small ball stuff.

But keep believing whatever nonsense gets you through the night. Trump is going to be your president for six and a half more years, whether you like it or not.

It wasn't just Facebook ads, it was swarming social media with lies, it was hacking into state voter databases, and who knows what else as we don't yet have the report from the Special Counsel's investigation.

The constant repetitions of, "No collusion! No collusion!" are not believable.

Don Jr. released emails of one of his attempts at collusion. Roger Stone is on record coordinating with WikiLeaks. Flynn, Manafort, Cambridge Analytica, ....

Russians used the NRA to access and assist Trump and his campaign.

The investigation is not about "collusion". It's about Russian interference with our election, and the committee, after seeing all the facts, is confident that it happened.

The funny thing is that if there was no collusion, then you'd think Trump and his supporters would want the investigation to go on, unobstructed, as it would only prove there was no collusion.

But what I can't understand, for the life of me, is this:
There is so much overwhelming proof that Russia interfered with our election, with intent to disrupt (maybe more, maybe not). How could ANY American be in favor of obstructing this investigation. Why would anyone NOT want to know exactly what happened, if for no other reason so we could tighten up, and prevent it from happening again?

If Trump is innocent, the investigation will find no evidence to the contrary, and everyone moves on to dealing with Russia. If he wasn't innocent (either intentionally, or unintenionally), wouldn't you want to know about it.

All these Trump supporters covering their ears and eyes are basically saying that they don't want to know the truth, because they are afraid the truth may not look good, and they are just too damned weak to handle it.

It is a sad fact that Trump and his family have killed the GOP with all their lying and breaking of laws. Trump has just broken federal ethics regulations. This came from his mandatory reporting.

I wish we could rewind this whole past two years or so. Everything Trump has touched has turned to ****. and everyone he has hired has left under less than honorable conditions.

What a frickin' mess, I do not envy the person who has to come in next and clean up this disaster.

So, a Senate committee has found Russia helped Trump in the election? This is where one shouts: DUH!!

It has been painfully and fully obvious that this has been the case at least since Trump's inauguration.

It is only in the pitiful and alternate fantasy world that Trumpists inhabit where this supposition is even questioned.

Alternate reality is like a drug that one can get addicted to.

You live in an alternate reality... Retarded looking ads on Facebook didn't help anyone win... They may TRY but didn't affect anything.... Even the intelligence agencies said the same... When do you anti-Trumpers stop spreading BS...
