If a parent or parents comes to this country illegally but makes the effort to get something like a green card/citizenship card and tries to get or does maintain a job, I disagree with deportation.

All the people who came over here legally meaning they didn't break the law, detest your thought process.

I disagree with you. The legal process begins in their homelands it doesn't begin on our soil after they have come here illegally. It's a slap in the face to legal immigrants who applied in their homelands and waited to be accepted. It also negates our sane annual quotas for legal immigration by legalizing illegal aliens on our soil. They have worked in our country illegally by using a fake or stolen SS number or worked for cash evading taxes. Those are felonies should they just be overlooked and then rewarded with legalization instead? Also, how do Americans get their jobs back with a process like that?
If this was real, at least this one has more reason to cause controversy. I usually hate PC cowards, but this time I am ok with politial correctness being put to action.
No, I think calling the cops within two minutes of two black men sitting down and not ordering is a lot worse than a word on a cup. People get too upset over words these days.

The other one had more debating, this one if it's legit could have more racial motive behind it.
I think the employee was being stupid. That would be my assumption.
I remember one time, my best friend Mike and i went to The Boiling Crab restaurant in orange county, as soon as he (a white guy) asked for a cracker, the waiter started to smile (in my opinion, for no reasons). The waiter's racial and ethnic identity is not important here. After ten minutes, a waitress came and gave my friend the crab cracker, she asked, "Are you the one who asked for a cracker?" She also smiled (in my opinion, for no reasons.)
I don't think they are racists, I think they are just unprofessional and dumb.
The good thing is that my friend and I can laugh about it. I found this whole thing a little hilarious. (maybe I shouldn't be feeling this way.) He was not offended, but he did say minorities could be just as racists. (I don't disagree.) Do I think the waiter and the waitress were being "racist"? It is hard to say. They have been unprofessional for sure though.
Seriously, what’s with people getting so offended over words? If someone called me a cracker, I wouldn’t care. I grew up hearing that sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. I’m not saying y’all were being overly sensitive. I’m saying other people are too sensitive these days. Now I understand the n-word with its historical connotations, but beaner? My best friend growing up is Hispanic, and she would say that word. Cheech and Chong said the word. Now, I’d probably be upset if someone called her sp*ck, but beaner just sounds funny, and stupid.
This reminds of the Domino's incident from 2010...
