43% of U.S. families can't afford basics of middle class life

Very interesting article and yet so many in the politics section on this board continue to argue for more power to the wealthy more tax cuts fewer regulations. Its almost as if the natural state of lightly regulated capitalism is a return to feudalism.

Agriculture reform is what’s needed. Factory farms that mass produce food stream line the production cycle giving the Middle class less choices.

Fundamentally for a great portion of the population jobs just aren't paying enough coincidentally labor unions have also declined significantly. Hmm I wonder if giving management more power has anything to do with further disenfranchisement of working people?

Oh yea lets ignore declining wages rising rents its easier to blame working people. One day the wealthy will give them some more scraps.
