Because every time there are more shootings more people go out and buy more guns and then there are more shootings and more people go out and buy more guns and then........
It’s a vicious circle that doesn’t seem to appear to be heading towards becoming broken any time soon.
Our society is not addressing the CAUSE of these shootings. More guns by "good guys" nor more gun control laws are the answers.
You have to get to the root cause of the problem; whether bullying, mental illness, bad/lack of parental involvement. We also live in the 21st Century now, not in the past where we did not have 24/7 news feeds, Internet, or Social Media which these teens with "issues" can readily access and feed on.
We need to stop throwing band aid solutions to school shootings, and address the WHY'S.
Well just 20 years ago President Clinton was literally a conservative...yet he was a democrat. Today Bill Clinton would be labeled a "nazi" his policies were so right-wing and conservative. The country has SHIFTED big time to the left in the last two decades.
In 20 years, this country has let progressivism (regressivism) poison culture from the top to bottom.
I'm not a religious person... I'm agnostic. So, I do not know how far prayers go. But, I do agree with the guy who said that dude walking into a crime scene open-carrying a pistol is an embarrassment.
