We protect our military bases, airports, banks, and George Soros' house by people with guns and you hardly see a mass shooting at those venues.

But concerts, schools, movie theaters, churches have little to no security which makes it an easy target for mass shooters.

Maybe it's time we need more armed guards or more open carry permits.

I certainly don't agree with Ted Nugent on most anything but this he is correct on.

I could do with a few less bombers or destroyers for armed guards in the schools.

I would not even mind a small tax increase if it will protect our children.

More guns is not the answer. How is it a free society if everywhere we go we see armed people. It’s a paranoid society. And paranoid people can also be unstable

Armed guards is a start. But we also need metal detectors, and barb-wire fences around the school to keep the shooters out of the playing fields. Get rid of windows too, because a sniper can easily shoot through them from the street. Probably walls surrounding the school yards would be best.
Basically, something like this.

I'm not saying this won't work or students don't deserve protection...

But isn't there a much simpler and much cheaper solution???

Pass laws that require parents with children under 21 to secure and lock all guns in the house. If a crime is committed with those guns by child, parent is charged with same crime. Send a few of these parents to jail and see if that doesn't stop most of these school shootings.
