David Frum did the best job at defining “The Deep State”.
He said it was the rule of law.
Yep.
When they talk about a deep state conspiracy, what they actually mean is that they think the blatant criminal activity of the people Trump surrounds himself with should not be investigated, and Trump should never be held accountable for any activity he's engaged in.
To them, the law is ideally just something to use to go after political enemies. These people would be much more comfortable in an autocracy like Russia.
i'm betting "the deep state" will replace " tinfoil hat" in the near future for the short-hand description of crazy conspiracy talk.
I'd be happy to take your money on that bet, but I know your living on the Obama economy, and still working three part time jobs to earn lunch money.
Soon you will be able to visit Obama's lie-bray and see a photo of him in an orange jumpsuit. He won't be there. He'll be enjoying the free government housing again.

The MSM has been totally co-opted by the left. Instead of doing their job they are just propagandizing for the Obama administration. But not everyone is buying their half truths and people are putting the threads together on their own. It's fascinating to watch.

Remember folks, Powerline was one of the blogs that helped expose Dan Rather and his fraudulent report about GWB. The same thing is starting to happen now as people start to poke through the lies told by the media, the intel community and the Obama administration.
“Deep State” is an apt term, since you have to be deeply entrenched in BS to believe in it.
Just don't turn that in to a song and sing it when over your head in the BS.
