Money. There are a lot of federal dollars for these "green" programs. It's all about the money.

There's no state that will not be impacted but little is being done. Some are in denial. I guess they are figuring on a Federal bailout. I'm glad Alaska is at least recognizing the problem. Rising sea levels will inundate thousands of square miles and has already started. Droughts are getting worse. Tropical hurricanes are getting bigger. Meanwhile, on a global scale, millions of people will be on the move to find water and productive land. Governments will collapse and whole countries will disappear.
