Doesn't straighten out the problems with the VA administration just adds more money to it. Not blaming trump for the VA problems .....every president.....EVERY president has had their shot and blown it with the VA.Time to dump the VA and give the green light to outside Medical help.

I thought that is what this bill does and that is why Pelosi is against it.
The reason its blocked is a bit complex. But it makes sense from a certain perspective. Bottom line I think is that the bill needs some more work to be better.
