In around about way, gay marriage may have destroyed the world. It pissed off the evangelicals so much they elected a mad man who started a completely unnecessary nuclear war.
The Evangelicals would always vote for the Duck Dynasty and Duggars types. They are - by nature - sheep (authoritarians) except, unlike Chinese or Russians, they are not reasonable and logical sheep.
I knew it was all over when I saw evangelicals voting for GW and saying "at least God talks to him" (as opposed to Kerry, who obviously can't have a direct line to the Lord)....

You can tell most libs haven't read The Art of the Deal. This is a negotiation tactic. Libs are more comfortable with an Obama style negotiation where we give away the store then pat ourselves on the back then wonder why nothing changes.
