Nunes is an absolute disgrace to the Republic. A dim Trumpian sycophant who spreads lies and disinformation to discredit an investigation meant to safeguard our Country. Hopefully, his district will throw that chump out and elect someone who will put the security of the nation first.
Outside money is spending big in this district. The swamp wants to keep Nunes. Only 14% of Nunes' donations come from within the district.
The Democratic candidate running against Nunes is Andrew Janz. He's a Deputy District Attorney and has prosecuted cases against gang members. His father worked at the local food processing plant. Agriculture and food is the bread and butter of this district, which is 45% hispanic.
He's raised more than $1 million in the past quarter. Although Nunes has big money GOP PACs backing him, which gives Nunes a larger campaign war chest.
Where do you think the dems get their money for "campaigning"?
Barbara Makulski (D) while leader of the Senate Banking Committee did MOST of her "campaigning" going to fund raising dinners hosted by, wait for it BANKERS.

This summarizes the issue nicely.
Especially disturbing to me is is role in creating disinformation. He should work with the facts and live with it, but he attempts to create an alternative universe (which -fortunately- only the most gullible believe). His machinations endanger the republic.
