All they care about is if they can say that they can drink beer with him and that he represents what they themselves horribly think. Trump Global Empire Family cares little for dumb stupid jingoists. He will leave and take away his Family's wealth whenever it becomes convenient. Like his convenient "bone spurs" in his ankle that he used as justification to dodge a war draft.

No. It doesn't mean anything more. That's why other presidents don't usually use that kind of empty language. If you listen to Trump's compliments, they're usually generic, like "great" and "amazing." He has no vocabulary, and he has no insight or knowledge about the people he's praising, even when he's appointing them to high office.
That he could kill someone and still have people fawning over him.
