The guy is begging for and obstruction charge.
indeed he is.

It seems clear to me Trump is trying to normalise obstruction in the mind of the public and in particular his supporters. Trump seems to be trying to convince people obfistruction is not really a crime .

My thought is that if Trump can get enough of the republican party and his supporters to believe he is the victim he will will fire everyone . Sessions, Rosenstein, Mueller and many more. As it stands many in the Republican party are ready to pretend obstruction is not real, at least as long as it serves them.
After that they will go ballistic on rules in order to stop the dems from doing the same thing when they have control.

in short Trump's best and perhaps only hope is to fire people on a scale never before seen in US history and hope he can ride it out. It is that or flee to Russia, because Trump has clearly broken law after law after law and has done it in full public view.

cool story, pity is has nothing to do with the real world.

Judges routinely recuse it is part of the job, Prosecutors routinely recuse
, just as lawyers are routinely excused from Jury duty or Cops , doctors don't work family cases....

Sessions job is not about any one investigation, it is about running a department and setting policy. Sessions is the AG and being recused from this case in no way reduces his ablity to do that job.

Or maybe you think AG's job is to protect the POTUS, hint for ya UncleBully, it is NOT.

Sessions and any other AG can do their job very very well and be recused from a bunch of big cases, because that is not even their job, their job is to oversee a department and to ensure the POTUS's policies are carried out.

I don't know what the judge did, but Manafort's argument was clearly correct.

It would be historic. As long as Trump did not have any docs he could not tell the Russians anything of value as his head seems to be filled up by his ego...

But the USA seizes all of his assets, freezes all of his bank accounts and adds LOTs of sanctions on both tRump and Russia.

Yes I am sure you are right what with your expertise far in excess of any that a mere judge might have.

Oh wait. No, I am pretty sure you are wrong.

Tell us WHY you think this?

doubt you will get anything.

I have noticed that over the last year the Right Wingers are mostly giving up on logical discussion because they keep losing when they try to debate based on facts.
They are much happy throwing bombs and running away, it is pretty much all they have left.

It's pretty much their only remaining option.

But as we see, they go to it every day.

Sessions should either be fired or resign.
