Its a shame such a bill would even be required. No one should have to seek permission from the state to try a substance or treatment.
The bill still requires permission from a doctor and permission from the drug company. And if you don't have the cash permission from your insurance company.
Who can forget all the Democrat legislators sitting on their hands and scowling during the SOTU Message, even when Trump was describing unemployment going down, wages going up, political prisoners being freed, international relations improving etc., while all the normal people in the hall were cheering and applauding with standing ovations?
All they can do is keep desperately pretending that whatever Trump is doing is bad, in hopes that someone somewhere still believes them.

Lets not forget various studies showing how the media (arm of the liberal/leftist agenda) is running negative stories about Trump 90% of the time.

Yeah I'm not championing the bill, just pointing out how people should be able to be their own decision maker without having to seek permission from some violent entity (the guv). Im guessing you are perfectly fine removing that choice from individuals so long as its your team pointing the gun.

Hey Democrats, this is what your party has become. A silly example, sure. But if you look past your personal dislike of Trump, you will see that the only issue that concerns your politicians is to oppose Trump, regardless of the subject at hand. Even if something was in the best interests of most Americans, many in your party would not support it if Trumps name is on it.

I know, most Democrats dont believe in choice (they rather let goverment decide for them) but I believe in choice. And to me, that's what this bill provides, along with hope.
