The bill still requires permission from a doctor and permission from the drug company. And if you don't have the cash permission from your insurance company.

All they can do is keep desperately pretending that whatever Trump is doing is bad, in hopes that someone somewhere still believes them.
See?

Lets not forget various studies showing how the media (arm of the liberal/leftist agenda) is running negative stories about Trump 90% of the time.
Trumps popularity would be much higher, and he would be getting more done if not for the constant assault on everything he does, including a no-brainer issue like this!

The latest MSM talking point to try and explain the 90-10 coverage is that the press is suppose to be adversarial toward government, to help keep them in check and hold them accountable.

Fine

However, if that is genuinely the way they feel, where were they during the Obama years?
In hibernation?
It would seem that investigative journalists, just like locusts, only emerge when an (R) is the president.
The ones still around when a (D) is in office, are told to cool their jets, as was the case with CBS's Sharyl Attkisson.
She was the bell of the ball when she was exposing things during the Bush years, but was forced into the closet during the Obama years.
Hence the reason she quit and wrote a book about it;

https://www.amazon.com/Stonewalled-O.../dp/0062322850

Make sure to read it, as it is an eye opener, even for those of us who have known the press was in the pocket of the Democrats since the 1960's.

Yeah I'm not championing the bill, just pointing out how people should be able to be their own decision maker without having to seek permission from some violent entity (the guv). Im guessing you are perfectly fine removing that choice from individuals so long as its your team pointing the gun.

This just in...

President Trump set to sign bill that will eliminate world hunger and cure cancer.

Democrats say they will vigorously oppose the bill because, well, uhh, because if Trump wants it we have a moral obligation to fight it.

Hey Democrats, this is what your party has become. A silly example, sure. But if you look past your personal dislike of Trump, you will see that the only issue that concerns your politicians is to oppose Trump, regardless of the subject at hand. Even if something was in the best interests of most Americans, many in your party would not support it if Trumps name is on it.

It is why Trump will serve a second term. You cannot win an election with your main platform being, ‘We hate Trump, vote for us’. Just ask Hillary,

I know, most Democrats dont believe in choice (they rather let goverment decide for them) but I believe in choice. And to me, that's what this bill provides, along with hope.
Exactly how did they not have hope before? It's been spelled out to you ad nauseum by numerous posts in this thread how the bill didn't really change anything and benefits the drug companies more than the individual and you still don't get it???

Is Trump hate the reason Democrats want to keep terminal ill patients from having any hope of recovery?

Perhaps Leftists don't understand the words "terminal ill" (hint - about the die).

Most Democrats and public health groups oppose the bill, arguing that it could put patients in danger.

“FDA oversight of access to experimental treatments exists for a reason — it protects patients from potential snake oil salesmen or from experimental treatments that might do more harm than good,” said Rep. Frank Pallone Jr. (D-N.J.), ranking member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

The Leftists think Dead is less dangerous and less "harmful" than a Right to Try. They are Idiots.
Worse than being Idiots -- they insist on putting their crazy Ideology on constant display.

Of course it's because Trump signed it and supported it -- also because they Leftists owe more allegiance to Big Pharma than they do to Citizens. Right to Try hurts nobody, may help somebody and needed to be done.

Well Republicans are against allowing patients to try cannabis, which is known to work.
