If the government (trump) handed me $100,000 of taxpayers' money, as the government earns no money, i'd be very sad, embarrassed, and angry workers who earned this money couldn't keep their earnings for themselves or their children.

Good point. That money certainly didn't fall from the sky like manna.

After reading the bulk of the posts by the Anti-Trumpers, I have come to this conclusion.

If he gave you $100,000.00 you would complain that he didn't give you 125,000.00

I would look at my portfolio and thank him for two years of growth.

I for one, would thank him and also thank him for keeping one campaign promise after another.

Trump-O-Meter Tracking Trump's Campaign Promises

Trump-O-Meter: Tracking Trump's Campaign Promises | PolitiFact

I would thank him for keeping the promise of every President since Truman of moving the American Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem

I would thank him for bringing captives home from Korea and Venezuela.

I would thank him in advance for bringing the Koreans to the bargaining table with the hope of finally ending the Korean war and denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula.

I would thank him for the lowest unemployment rate since President Kennedy

I would thank him for ending the nightmare of obumacare

I would thank him for my tax cut and cutting taxes to American businesses and bringing off shore money back to the US

And, I would thank him for everything else he is doing to Make America Great Again!

Now, is he perfect? No

But what we need now is for the rest of the Republicans to support us one voice and thet WE go out and keep a GOP Congress!!!!!

Gee, I must have missed something. So, Trump actually has a new healthcare plan in place ? Please give us the details.

Let's just start with that one little "fact" you printed.

First thing I'd do is have it checked to make sure it wasn't counterfeit.

40+ years of watching his schtick have convinced me he's not trustworthy.

I guess I'd just put it into a savings account, which is what I've been doing with my income. Until the markets really crash, that's all I can do right now.

It is as if you are totally unaware that the market was up 135% under Obama. If you are crediting Trump for the jump in your portfolio, which you are obviously doing, you need to do the same to President Obama.

You do realize I can make a list of failed campaign promises much longer than yours with much more important promises that he failed to deliver on right? We can start with a new health care plan that won him a lot of votes.

I'll hang up and wait for your post praising President Obama.

$100k isn't much in most places to buy real estate for cash . $100k cash can allow you to purchase real estate with leverage. With interest rates still low it makes sense to use leverage.

You can also invest in a real estate syndication . Crowdstreet is an interesting site. You can invest in larger projects worth millions with experienced operators looks like it's usually like $25k - 50k per deal. Projected returns seem pretty good like 15-20% per year internal rate of return.

Most of these larger real estate deals you hear about are completed by a group of investors versus one rich person.
