City officials dont want to hear reports contrary to all those public service messages we heard all these years...

Call 911 let police prioritize...thats their job! As a professional in public safety i know what number to call depending on the situation but i would never expect the average joe to access a situation, that should be a responsibility of the pros.

There are some reports that the san Bernardino Massacre may have been prevented if it weren't for the fear of a social media backlash in reporting suspected criminal activity.

Big deal over a seemingly unimportant issues such as charcoal out of Zone. Curious if any critiques have professional experience in park management and understand why charcoal is banned in certain areas??
