LOL!

It's not your fault. All you do is read the media talking points and then regurgitate them. But is it still hysterical to read.

"Russia overthrow the US"?
Manafort is charged with:
1) Attempt to defraud the US
2) Conspiracy to launder money
3) Failure to file reports of foreign bank accounts; 2012 - 2015

4) Failure to register as agents of Ukraine
5) False statements under Foreign Agent Act
6) False statements.

No one is charging Manafort with attempting to overthrow the US.
Read. Get a clue.

According to Monday's FBI affidavit, two people who were part of a broader effort to lobby on behalf of Ukraine told investigators that Manafort, while on bail, contacted them "in an effort to influence their testimony and to otherwise conceal evidence."

Telephone records and other documents recovered in a search of Manafort's cloud storage account corroborated the allegations, according to the FBI.

ROFLMOA.......

And you think that means "conspiracy to overthrow"?

It was a conspiracy with UKRAINE, not Russia.
And it was a conspiracy to hide assets.

Read it. It clearly states that count one is an indictment of a money laundering scheme 2006 to 2015 involving Manafort, Gates and Ukraine. But the low information CNN dependents ALL think just as you do because they never thought to read it for themselves.

Not happening. If Trump pardons Manafort it will be on his last day in office on the way out the door. Manafort was hoping to stay out of prison long enough for that to happen, and then probably leave the country to avoid the state charges

It's funny how often bad guys just can't stop being bad.

And, in a way, this is another reminder of how often the coverup ends up being worse than the crime, as may happen with Trump's obstruction of justice.

I have read Steele's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Manafort indictments, Mike Wolff's "Fire and Fury", and Luke Harding's "Collusion". All of them are in line with the facts and conjectures they contain.

Neither of us has any idea what else Mueller knows. The new charges today on jury tampering were a complete surprise to everyone. If there is any direct link between Russia and Trump using Manafort as a conduit, Mueller already knows it and is keeping it under wraps for the time being. We do know Manafort was in the Ukraine consorting with Putin's henchmen two months before he joined the campaign.

Stay tuned. Things may get a lot more interesting shortly. I predict by the end of July all hell is going to break loose.

Actually it had everything to do with Russia. Manafort and co made their millions by helping to get Viktor Yanukovych elected as president of the Ukraine. However, it turns out that Yanukovych actually turned out to be a Russian agent working for Putin and started making deals more favorable to Russia than to the Ukraine. This caused riots in the streets of the Ukraine and the eventual overthrow of Yanukovych who fled to Russia for asylum.

Notice any parallels there as to what's going on in this country?
