Mueller has not allowed discovery in any of the cases he has indicted. Even Flynn, who they bankrupted into a guilty plea.
My take is correct.

We are turning into a communist state.

Any one who doesn't have guns or gives them up is a fool looking for a death warrant.

The time will come when they'll do things hot and not just through total corruption and criminality.

You don't think we know these exact things were said and went on with "judges" in the Soviet Union and doesn't go on all day in China as we speak.

This system is totally criminal, corrupt and broken and don't think for one solitary second that millions and millions of people don't see it.

Guess is it probably will not end well. At least it should not.
So - fix it, already. In the meantime, everything seems to be moving along swimmingly.

Do you have a link that shows otherwise?

That is a 5th amendment issue.... They either have the proof or they don't. So, they didn't get what they needed when they busted in in the early morning hours to take what they wanted?
Again, Mueller has not allowed Discovery in the prosecution.

My link says discovery is ongoing. Show me your link.

In fact, it is the propaganda that YOU are peddling that is destructive to our constitutional republic. We have a system of justice and a process in place. Is the system perfect? Definitely not. But it is no where near the sham that you try to paint it as simply because you dislike the outcome in this case. The prosecution showed convincing evidence that Manafort failed to meet the terms of his bail. Manafort and his attorneys were given the opportunity to make their case and failed. It’s as simple as that.

If your sole interest is in discrediting our federal judiciary and law enforcement out of political expediency and spite, have the guts to admit it. At least in China, they don’t pretend.

Bury your outrage.

Quoting from https://ballotpedia.org/Amy_B._Jackson

The American Bar Association rated Jackson Unanimously Well Qualified for the nomination. Hearings on Jackson's nomination were held before the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 15, 2010, and her nomination was reported by U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) on December 1, 2010. Jackson's nomination was returned to the president at the sine die adjournment of the 111th United States Congress. Jackson's nomination was resubmitted by President Obama on January 5, 2011, and her nomination was reported by Sen. Leahy, without hearings, on February 3, 2011. Jackson was confirmed on a recorded 97-0 vote of the U.S. Senate on March 17, 2011, and she received her commission the next day.[1][4][5][6]
97-0 Senate confirmation.

She was qualified, and you can pretend all you want that it was only partisanship that got her appointment. The Trump outrage machine is funny to watch when Putin winds it up.

What I know is for the last 100 years going back to the early 19th century the communist and Marxist said they're going to take over this nation and now it's happening. It's been going on over the decades but every year it gets more in your face.

You got the Frankfurt School, the Alinsky disciple Barrack Hussein, the Rothschild owned Federal Reserve etc...

The only thing I'm seeing is ignorance of the legal system. Manafort has been charged and is awaiting trial. Being out on bail is a privilege accorded to people in that circumstance but there are rules that have to be followed in order to maintain that privilege. Manafort violated those rules, more than once and he has thus forfeited his right to stay out of prison pending trial. This is how the legal system works for everyone and it isn't remotely the same as China or the Soviet Union. Manafort is the only one responsible for this situation, he could have refrained from illegal contacts and attempted witness tampering and the status quo would have remained, pending his actual trial.

It is the same judge that forced the Catholics to provide birth control via Obamacare, which was overturned.
Same lady, that upheld an EPA ruling that took property from landowners, which was over turned.
Obama appointed her in 2010, at the height of his Marxist reign and a Supermajority to work for him.
