Donald Trump made the unprecedented decision to cancel the Philadelphia Eagles’ scheduled visit to the White House this week, and LeBron James says fans should not expect the winner of the NBA Finals to make the trip to the nation’s capital, either.
When asked on Tuesday about the Eagles’ trip being cancelled, LeBron felt comfortable making some pretty powerful remarks on behalf of both his Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. LeBron says neither Cavs nor Warriors will visit White House
Good for them. There is nothing honorable about visiting the Trump Fascist WH!
First of all, how do you figure that Trump is a 'Fascist.' What part of your definition of 'fascist' does Trump fulfill?
With all the issues facing Black Americans, including violence and poverty, this is what overpaid multimillionaires and athletes waste their energies on.
I notice that when these NBA players talk about Trump, they express negative feelings, but never have a reason behind them. At least in the link provided by OP, LeBron does not give a reason. Could it be that they don't know what the reason is?
I used to follow all sports other than hockey. Now I'm at the point there's only one sport I still follow, and that is the NBA. Maybe it's time for me to reduce that number down to zero.
Let's be honest -- Trump doesn't strike me as a big sports guy. I think he should go to a Nascar event. Them folks be loving him at Nascar. Yup -- he should take Barron and Melania and spend the day at the track.......Wooo Weee.

Doesn’t take much energy to not go to white house. Infact it’s environmentally friendly and gets message out without much cost.

Except that he did not do that. And, even if he had, it would appear that LeBron would not have been aware of it, which is what this thread is about.
