If you lose the function of an organ, it is in effect lost. A non functioning kidney does exactly the same amount of filtering as a non existent kidney.
You want to force women to give up bodily autonomy why not force men to do the same?
I'm confused. You believe that a woman loses her organs, specifically kidney, bone marrow (not an organ btw) and blood (not an organ btw) when she becomes pregnant? Please explain.

If you saw a women on the street dismembering her 1 mo old infant would you stop her? Or would you congratulate on her choice and method of getting rid of her baby?
Because that is what happens during abortion. They dismember the baby, and suck it's arms, legs, spine and head through a cannula into a bin. Then there is a person who takes all the dead baby parts and reassembles them to make sure the doctor didn't leave an arm in.
Be honest about what abortion is. It's killing babies. At least own your support of it by acknowledging that fact.

Don't misinterpret declarative sentences.

So yes, the poster said GIVE UP/DONATE the organ.
Women don't give up organs, blood or bone marrow when they are pregnant. The body produces hormones and increases blood volume to account for the growing child.
Again, APPALLING how many people are so clueless about basic biology.
