Well, for Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), he’s throwing in the towel…at the Democratic National Committee. The Minnesota Democrat and deputy chairman of the DNC has decided to run for Attorney General of the North Star State (via Politico):
The democrats don't seem to be very well organized heading into the summer. They'd better get their act together if their "blue wave" is going to splash.
I don't see anything official stating Ellison is resigning as deputy chairperson of DNC. Seems to be speculation.
So far we only see the official announcement that Ellison is running for MN Attorney General.
