This is the same Moron that while bashing our country praised Fidel Castro and Che, and wore a Fidel Castro T-shirt? LOL.....his I.Q. is very low and his girlfriend is not helping him feeding him all this anti-American B.S.

Again, lawyers grasping at the last remaining straws to get their client a payday. he has exactly no way of proving that he was more qualified than someone else for a job and was institutionally discriminated against based on politics, skin color, politics, etc.

1) plenty of players who kneel/have knelt are in the NFL, playing right now.

2) Obviously there are plenty of black people playing football in the NFL, even at QB.

3) There are Muslims playing in the NFL right now, and Kaepernick has already sad he isn't Muslim, he just dates a girl who is.

4) There are social justice, left wingers in the NFL right now. Lots and lots of them.

5) If you pick and choose stats, which any lawyer would, especially the army of lawyers the NFL owners have on their side, you can stack a few stats that put Kaepernick in the bottom 5 QBs of the last 20 years. But even without that, use the Defense-adjusted Yards Above Replacement (DYAR) stat that measures a QB's overall total value, and Kaepernick's last season of regular play (2015), he ranked 55th out of 61 QBs who had thrown at least 10 passes in 2015. He was HORRIFIC in 2015. Terribad, awfulsauce, with a side of craptastic.

So exactly none of Kaepernick's real or assumed demographics are being discriminated against in the NFL. He's just not that freaking good of a player. If he was a good QB, and was worth the money and aggravation, he'd already have a job in the NFL, but he isn't, so he doesn't.

The right... Claims President doesn't control economy.

Claims Trump controls the economy.

Now, now... Finish your sippy cup before you finish that incoherent thought process.

Actually there were two owners disposed that admitted Kap was number one on their board (talent wise) when they were looking for a QB.

John Elway is on the record that he offered Kap a job in Denver if Kap took a paycut from his outrages contract from the 49ers...Kap declined.

Kap bit off more than he could chew. He didn’t start this kneeling until BLANE Gabbart took his job. For a guy who’s leading a movement, he’s really quiet. Other blow hards talk for him , Shannon Sharpe, Jemmelle Hill and others. We out here boycotting the nfl while he’s at home watching tv with the full nfl package, wishing he could play again. He did not know how Big this would become. Now he’s stuck being some silly folk hero that people made him into. This clown didn’t even VOTE!!!!

Just go away Kap!!!

That was of course before the protesting. I am talking about two owners during the 2017 season. The names are confidential at this point but the rumors are it was the Dolphins and Ravens. It was reported a while back the Ravens had a change of heart after Kaps wife trashed their owner.

Watch all kinds of dirt on Kaepernick be exposed and he will wish he'd let well enough alone.
