There is a big difference in paying a $400.00 or even a $5, 000.00 co-pay or deductible
and having to pay $50,000 or $100,000 for an operation.

Not really. The $50 or $100,000 simply never gets paid.

That is a disingenuous answer. If you are middle class and pay your bills, I would rather pay $400 than $100,000. Did you pay your $800?

Heres a real life ex of how bad our medical system is. Last yr I had the misfortune to be in the ER for a sudden onset bloody bladder inf. They refused to release me because they didnt like my blood work even though I didnt have a temp and felt well. They werent concerned about the bladder inf. Classic I was told. They admitted me instead. Needless as far as I was concerned. All together I spent about 12 hrs in the hospital. One cat scan looking for kidney stones, blood work, 2 IVs with antibiotics. That was the sum total of care. Retail bill was $15000. Robbery. Even after ins, I paid 2000. For 12 hrs. I see no govt agency, or administration reigning in robbery.

Also, I've been saying for a while now that Hillary 2020 is going to happen. However, when I say that the people that tend to get upset with me aren't republicans but rather democrats.

But hey, here you are carrying the Hillary 2020, "we didn't screw up, we got cheated" banner so I'm sure you'll be happy to see her secure the democratic nomination again.

This is going to backfire on Trump--and on the GOP unless they stand up against this. Removing the preexisting conditions was the one part of the ACA that everybody, on both sides, liked and agreed with.

I'll be interested in seeing if any Republicans are stupid enough to back this. But then, they've surprised me with their stupidity before.

The only people talking about Hillary in 2020 and campaigning against her ghost in 2018 are conservatives. They're admitting they only won because of fear of Clinton, not on their own merits.

Likely some folks may not be aware of the shared ideological failure at root cause ~ Free Market Fundamentalism is magical thinking at best. Consider the opportunity losses when conned into believing into superstitions.

They cannot limit benefits for that condition either. Once you have insurance, they can't refuse to cover treatment for your pre-existing condition."

After high deductibles and out of pocket expenses not many could afford it. Feel free to play again.
