Speaking as a gay man married to another man, I fully support this dude's right to having that sign up. I'm a strong believer in free speech, including speech that people don't like.

He has the right to post his sign. And I have the right to not shop there. That's how its suppose to work. I absolutely hate it that gay people are suing. Just go somewhere else for goodness sake.
As a christian who believes that homosexuality is a sin, I think this guy is flat out wrong and isn't showing the love of Christ at all. I'm a sinner and have lied, lusted, been angry, etc. but he doesn't have a sign that says "no liars allowed" or "no people who look at porn allowed". This guys actions are not Christ like at all and I wouldn't shop there.

I certainly don't want to support christian businesses. Christians hate. That's what they do. Why would I want to force them to stealth up and con me out of supporting their businesses?
Now you've just become like the hardware owner. He hates gays, you hate Christians. The thing is we as a society have become deluded into thinking that you must agree with how I think and everything that I believe, if not you're a "hater". This is silly and lacks critical thinking; I can disagree with what you say or do and not hate you. calling anyone that has a different world view than you a "hater" is intellectually lazy.

I sincerely hope gays do get protected class status everywhere in the US. It's only morally right.

Others have pointed out the possible consequences of your stance and I agree with them.

Also your believe about all Christians is absurd.

Equating one skin color with sexual preference is an intellectually fallacy. I can't tell that you're a homosexual just by looking at you, I can tell if you're black.

Hoe about secular fundamentalists that profess "tolerance" but are only tolerant of people that act, think, speak and vote just like them? Would the world be a better place without their bigotry?

Free speech, right?

Of course, your assumption here is that there will be another business they can peruse - and in reality, that's probably true. But if there aren't any?
That's actually an illogical fallacy. That would never happen in this nation with social media, you're stuck in the past.

Why? What on earth does ones skin color have to do with ones sexual preference? Your comment is very offensive to many in the back community.

Utterly ridiculous. Leftists think that gays, black and brown people are helpless victims that can't fend for themselves or succeed on their own merits, but need "protecting" from virtue signalling leftists. How condescending and insulting!

Perhaps you would feel differently if the sign said, "Sophiasmommy not served here." Until it is aimed squarely at you, it's easy to dismiss it as insignificant or unimportant.

Couldn't care less, I don't have the right to not be offended. I wouldn't patronize the haters store. It is insignificant and unimportant, the guy is hateful and does not represent Christ in any way shape or form. The irony is that many of you leftists share the same hatred as he does but it's simply aimed at Christians instead of homosexuals; hate is hate.
