If Trump and his followers have their way, we'll soon be the only customers at our own lemonade stand.

Misleading headline. The new tariffs don't take effect until July 1st.

The headline should read " Wisconsin reeling from tariffs coming from USA "

Price increases occurred prior to the US government imposting the new tax/tariff. These price increases occurred in anticipation of the tariffs. In fact, prices also increased for goods sourced in the USA, even if no tariff applies to those goods. This also occurred ahead of time.

However, WI is also impacted by goods which WI exports to other countries. The shipments and purchase orders for such goods have already been reduced, in anticipation of retaliatory tariffs impoted by other countries on goods exported out of the USA.

For example, China already stopped buying US soybeans and started buying them from S American countries instead.

LOL!!! The desperation of the Right!

Comparing Trump's trade policy to Obama's is like comparing Amy Winehouse's drug habit to Michael Phelps'.

This "Your guy did it too!!" argument with the failure to mention that it's a on a much more reasonable scale, that the economic melt down created by the Republicans made small tariff a sensible solution, and that Obama was never a big tariff president; makes this arugment just one giant right-wing spin.
