Corker called out his own party's behavior for being cultish towards Trump. With Trump it is all personal. His foreign policy
Is not based on US interests but how Trump feels. Trump demands loyalty to Trump and Trump alone. Cult is an appropriate term for his supporters because that is what Trump demands.
Really?
Because there are people who approve of Trumps policies that somehow make them "cultists"?

That is really idiotic thinking. How dare President Trump try to negotiate with North Korea, not because the openly threatened to Nuke America..no,,its only because his "feelings" huh? Ridiculous
This is an absurd meme going around among Democrats, and as usual, presented with ZERO evidence. Many Republicans (including me) did not even vote for Trump. Do you not remember when the National Review, arguably the flagship of conservative media, devoted an entire issue to criticizing Trump in 2016?
Now I have given you my evidence; what is yours? Figments of your imagination do not count as evidence.
Did you vote at all?
How do you feel about Trump now?
You might want to read yourself. In my post I said that I counted myself as a "Trump supporter" now. I didn't vote for him but have been pleasantly surprised with the job he has done as POTUS.
What has he done in particular that makes you pleased? That we are out of G7 because he wants Russia included? His domestic policies? Which one? Or is it his attitude and what he says that impresses you?

Was it in America's interests to have a half a trillion dollar trade deficit year after year? Stay addicted to foreign oil? Spend our money and risk the lives our soldiers to be the unpaid World Policeman, only to see our "friends and allies" stab us in the back at the first opportunity?
Not to change the subject for this thread but for years now, through both Republican and Democratic administrations, our foreign policy so often served other nations more than it served our own. It is about time we have a President that recognizes that and is willing to take the heat and controversy to stand up for the United States.
No. Trump likes Kim's management style where he had his deputy premier of education executed by a firing squad for a disrespectful posture in a meeting.
