No, they won't care. Just go read the Pruitt thread down below. They are defending that guy. It's really quite entertaining.

This wasn’t an opinion this was action against Trump to be taken. They didn’t want that seen and never thought it would be found. Talk about obstruction of justice.......
I too find it interesting but nothing remotely criminal. Just the musings of a convinced voter. Still be interesting to hear who was screwing with the record and why.

And the actual record shows Trump was protected while Clinton was attacked.

Because they thought it was gonna be worth it, and some super bombshell report. Jokes on them.

Will you demand that Trump step down when that proof is shown or will you claim the Mueller is corrupt and this was all just an FBI witch hunt?

Do you think Trump has been undermining the press since his inauguration and the FBI since the investigation became public for no reason? Of course it has a purpose and that purpose is to get you to believe him over career professionals. I am fearful of what it will mean for our Country when it is proven he committed treasonous acts and then nothing happens.

Trump successfully pours a bowl of cereal and declares it proof of no collusion.

If Trump was tasked with proving icebergs do not exist. He would go to the Mohave desert, look around and say "See. No icebergs."

Comey came out with the infamous letter to Congress to save himself and the reputation of the FBI. Not to help Trump. The FBI was sitting on HRC emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop for a month. It was about to leak. If he did nothing and it came out that FBI was ignoring potential evidence it would look horrible for Comey and FBI. That’s why he did it.

Yep

It doesn't matter what is ultimately shown by the investigation.

Trump has said that lots of people think Mike Flynn didn't lie. Which I guess means he lied about lying when he plead guilty. But that doesn't stop the Trumplings from echoing their orange lord and master.

they are doing the same thing with Pruitt. "Oh, well if this totally different thing happened than really happened, that would be ok. But it doesn't matter anyway, because he's doing such a good job."

It's how they've normalized the contacts with Russia that they've already admitted to. First total denial, then admission but denying the context, then admitting the context but saying it doesn't matter, it's ok if you're a Trump. And today's gem, where Trump added the little twist that it was perfectly ok to lie because it was to the New York Times. And the acolytes eat it up.

I'll still wonder how the (D)'s we're stupid enough to back Hillary when they had such a better option.
