There are certain technical issues, which makes that impossible.

So what does that have to do with me, for example? You're flat-out stating that all liberals are part of this conspiracy to shelter sex offenders.

Also, isn't it people on the conservative side who are making fun of the Me Too movement?

Yeah, I thought so...

A lot. Especially when Madison, WI lets this monster off the hook.

Last time I checked the laws choking and keeping a log is not rape.

Not surprising since it was his first offense, even in my state, they are pretty generous when its someones first offense.

A few years back a local guy was convicted of statutory rape, his first criminal offense and he got 9 days in county jail, to be served on 3 weekends, even allowed for the guy to skip a week due to a vacation that was already booked. It was in the newspaper, but I dont remember anyone being upset about it, I never heard anyone talking about it.

Looks like mom and dad cleaned him up for court.

Had they not, I wonder if the sentence would have been the same.

Where do you get the idea that I'm glad he only got three years?

He should be locked up for life. Call it "The Minority Report" sentence. Prevention of future crimes.
