This was 1992. Something happened during Perot's campaign to derail his campaign. He would have made a better President than either of the alternatives. In subsequent elections, the powers that run our country wouldn't admit a third party in a debate even with a ticket to the debate in their hands.

Perot piqued my interest early on in the campaign, then he had a complete meltdown.

Perot was a smart guy. He had a business background that he would have brought to DC.

Trump has the same type of business mind as Perot and he would like to solve the countries problems using a business approach if only DC would let him and stop trying so hard to tear him down.

The one thing that Perot had that Trump does not is that Perot was more articulate and was able to get his point across better.

Love Perot, voted for him every time he was on the ballot.

Perot also has a moral compass.

At first Perot seemed like a common sense straight shooter. I was following his campaign with interest. But then he started acting strange and paranoid. Talking about "hit squads" coming after him. Turns out he was something of a whack job.

Well he was running against a Clinton so the hit squads are possible...

They all laughed at Trump when he said he was being bugged and guess what the FBI was giving him "special" attention to "protect him" that they did not tell him about while not extending the same "protections" to Hillary.

Things that make you go HMMMM.

Well, my business isn't one that can be shipped out of the country - cleaning services, but I am thankful for Chuck and Nancy and frankly what some hatefully called RINOs looking out for my interests right here. If I had to pay a penny over $5 an hour or provide things like benefits or pay into Social Security, Medicare, follow workers' safety rules and all that, I would go broke.

We need good career politicians to continue the status quo, providing people like me with cheap, unskilled labor so I can continue going on. I mean, yes, I do sometimes feel sorry for American working class workers, but the truth is, we like our houses cleaned cheaply, that way we can buy more stuff, have the newest fancy vehicle, eat more and so on. In the meantime, I will be guaranteed my lavish lifestyle.
