As part of our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Deep State Department, we have been informed that the State Department has located – and will be forced to turn over to the ACLJ – literally thousands of documents to and about the Clinton Foundation, its subsidiaries, and its senior operatives during the duration of Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State.
The shear volume alone – some 30,000 emails – debunks the specious assertion that there was any kind of firewall whatsoever between Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton Foundation.
These documents, only now being uncovered through our FOIA request and subsequent litigation, show extensive communications exchanged between Clinton or her senior staff at State Department and Doug Band – a senior aid at the Clinton Foundation and creatorof the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).
In recent court filings, the State Department has revealed that more than 8,700 documents exist in Cheryl Mills’ and/or Huma Abedin’s files which contain the single search term, “Doug Band.” It is possible, and indeed likely, that each document consists of several pages placing the number closer to 18,000 pages or more.
The ACLJ has also learned through our litigation that another 22,000 documents exist in Cheryl Mills’ and Huma Abedin’s files (not including attachments) mentioning or referring to the Clinton Foundation or a related term referencing the foundation.
Cool. We can put her in jail if she did something wrong, and then toss in Cohen next door. Its nice to see some Republicans return to thier law and order roots.
Here is a FYI-If Clinton is guilty of crimes most of us don't care about her going to jail over it. But Trumps folks need to come along too.
This is why they wanted Trump out of Washington. They were so afraid because they are so corrupt. Trump is the biggest threat to them and they wanted to take him out from the beginning. The anti-Trumpers are dirty and are anti-Trump because of their own corruption. By going after Trump they uncovered themselves as colluding to take Trump our using their power and it blew up in their face. The underlings in the FBI and DOJ want to testify against the dirty ones at the top.
Hillary and Obama will be found out soon for their corruption.
AFAIK these would be the additional emails recovered by the FBI from other government accounts that they determined to be work related.
Emails that were deleted that were either sent or received on her private server from private accounts of other people would be impossible to determine in a lot of cases. For example if they had internal accounts on that server used by Clinton and her staff the only evidence of those communications would exist on her server and the device used to access them. Similarly any account used to communicate with a private service like Gmail would be impossible to determine if those communications were scrubbed from the server.
Considering the fact the FBI was able to obtain 30K communications from government accounts there is going to be an untold amount of communications that will never be found. FYI that is the opinion of Comey.
There is no trail for an undetermined amount of communications, this is the only logical reason for the private server to begin.
I could rephrase that and say there is an undetermined trail for all of her communications. Email is a terrible medium to use when conducting secret business - a copy of every message on so many devices.
