Wrong. Illegal immigration across the southern border is way way down, just a small fraction of what is was at the peak of 2000-2001. This has been widely reported. I guess facts don't matter?

I did. Jeff Flake quoted 90% consensus has it between 30 and 40%. There seems to be a higher incidence of no shows for juveniles. Specific areas can show 80-90% no shows.
That is why I posted multiple links. Statistics vary somewhat but its safe to say between 30 and 40% never show for their hearing. These are numbers from a few years back. My guess is now that percentage would be higher.
My claim was that there is fact, evidence, statistics that those here illegally often don't ever show for their hearings, not that the rate is 90%. 40% is pretty substantial.
But they do show up for court dates. Only about 25% don't show up and those are because the notices went to an old address or the people don't have lawyers to represent them. A solid majority, about 75%, do show up.
Ha, " only 25% " don't show up. so 25% are illegal illegals . As far as lawyers go they are coming out the ass in cities across the country .Some time someone owes you something see how you act when they only give you a "solid 75%.
If they think they have a case they will show up. If they think they will be deported why would they show up?

Did you read those reports? The last one citing numbers given by Sen Flake show 90% numbert to be extremely doubtful. Lots of Fake News! out there! Some talk of backlogs in the courts? HOW can cases be backlogged if no one's showing up?
Because their illegal relatives are already here and have a stolen social security number waiting for them.
