Ah, so you had time to run off and google it. Heavily vetted? How do you even vet someone from Syria when the government is hostile? Vetting involves extensive checking of official government databases to which we have no access. We don't have access to birth records, medical records, school records, employment records, military records, criminal records, etc. As for taking years, liberals were clamoring for war-displaced refugees to be flown over here immediately.

Yes refugees are in fact heavily vetted by several agencies, multiple interviews, contacts over the course of years. No one was asking to fly over refugees immediately you are mistaken, Trump halted the program for those already screened because of his fear mongering. This didn’t come from Homeland it came from Trumps own mind.

Trump's going to be super upset because he's stuck in DC due to the Trump shutdown. He would have been in Florida right now. He'll have all kinds of time to tweet.

I thought the 2017 travel ban was supposed to be temporary until "we figure it out", but here we are in the 2nd year of a temporary travel ban.

Its actually less than 2 years as the ban was on hold for much of that time by loony leftist judges.

That didn’t prevent them from “figuring it out”, so what did they find.
