Seems Constitutional Rights are making a comeback, which is GOOD news considering the US is a Constitutional Republic.

No, they are still children. the children are not making the choice to cross. Jesus and baby Jesus still loves those children even if you don't.

The Republican Party makes no attempt to regulate fetuses in foreign countries.
And if foreigners would stay in their country they would not find reason to be outraged at American law.

Children of parent(s) who've violated the law. What happens to the children of US citizens who are arrested for violating the law? The exact same thing: they're separated from their parents.
