Wait a minute.
If I recall correctly the person was admonished for saying such a thing about an ill senator. Now maybe the type of sources you read or watch never reported on it, or twisted it to imply it was not enough for them.
Regardless, lets not try to say because one person made a crass comment that it is the same thing as screaming out an F bomb toward the president.
As an example, when president Obama was giving the SoU speech, I thought is was inappropriate for the representative to shout out "you lie" during the speech. This is not British parliament where the opposition shouts out things toward the prime minister.
There should be a sense of decorum for certain situations, regardless of how you personally feel about someone.
