Its not just a rural problem, the drug problem is nation wide including Huntsville.
Biggest problem in the nation is that employers cannot find employees to pass their back ground and drug tests.

If you really care for the foreign investment and new jobs created, you should mention new Toyota/Mazda plant which is also in that area and it is $1.6 billion and will create 4,000 jobs.
Sure, what's $30 million dollars but a mere bag of shells. It's construction jobs, infastrtuce improvements, scientific research and development jobs, service industry jobs, trucking jobs, heavy machinery and mechanic jobs. That's before the additional jobs jobs that LG will create from within. Yep, we are truly scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I regret to inform you that there were plenty of well-paying jobs created under Obama, and there have been plenty of poor-paying jobs created under Trump.
