What is your strict definition of a constitutionalist, some people claim they don't follow the constitution only when they disagree with their opinion.


Sometimes people believe their rights are above the constitution. How about Scalia's opinion on Heller, was he strict or liberal with his ruling, he stated that no right was unrestricted, do you agree.
