Obama didn't reduce defense spending. It was higher when he left office than it was when he took office.

NATO and United Nations are weak puppets propped up with american muscle and money
Of late there has been a lot of hand biting during feeding sessions -time for water to find its own level
They are fearful not of the Syrians which they host but of the Russians
They should fear both
