At this time of year the dems must admit they will have to bow down to guns. For without the humble gun we would still be licking the boots of England.

Guns set us free, guns keep up free. When guns are lost...all is lost.

Wait, so guns don't kill people, but they somehow set us free?

I submit that bowing down is not the act of a free person.

I conclude that you don't actually think that people should be free. They should just be afraid of guns.

They came for the guns in Lexington and Concord.... WE KILLED THEM.

The offer still stands.

I don't fear guns. I fear people with a death wish.

Lots do, of course, although generally not as objects of worship.

Congratulations, OP, you have won Catgirl64's official Whackadoodle Post of the Day* Award. Impressive feat, there's been a lot of competition.

*Trademark pending.

No we don't. Just ask my gun owning, NRA member, husband of 44 years about that one. Raised two children, now married adults, and neither are in gun households.

Hand that rocks the cradle rules, whether you like it or not.

They certainly “freed” those five people in Maryland of their lives. Alternatively, you could say that all was lost for them.

Cue “guns don’t kill people, etc....” in 3, 2, 1.... Me, I’m still waiting for the first slingshot-wielding mass murderer before I’ll give that argument any credence.

They would have, had those 5 people exercised their right to protect themselves, instead of being forced to rely on others a minute away with guns.
