There was a temporary protection order issued but his guns were not seized.

The problem is if you report the abuse and he is arrested then you are killed sooner than later. She was able to get away from him, but he still stalked them and was obviously after them.

I'm not sure what a wolf fighting over his meal has to do with property rights. Unless of course, in your world = property rights means whoever strongest wins.
Property rights are inherent to that wolf. He acquired his meal through the laws of nature, and is within his rights to defend it. Humans have the same right to defend their property.

The point about the baby is that even before they can speak or reason, they understand property rights. It is inherent.

Why would I yell “fake news?” I'm not a Trump supporter.

The only laws which are legitimate are those involving a victim. Besides, arbitrators do a much better job of applying justice versus elected judges.

Gun rights aren't granted by the 2nd Amendment.

And the NRA is a spineless, capitulating organization.

I’ll give the nod to Chapel Hill and Asheville to a degree. But the only REAL cities in the South are New Orleans and Miami to a much lesser degree.

You just have to continually show your ignorance, don't you?

Darwin Brazier, 43, of Ardmore, used a semi-automatic SKS rifle with a high-capacity magazine to shoot and kill his ex-wife and two other people before killing himself.

Debra Rivera had twice attempted to get a judge to order Brazier to surrender his weapons because of alleged abuse. The requests were rejected both times.

If they are too dangerous to own a gun. They are too dangerous to be free walking the streets of society, were guns are easily accessed.

She & the 2 others, should have had their own gun.
