i have been living with 110 degree summers all my life, 60 years to be exact, when i was a youth i played baseball in 110 degree heat. the first vehicle i had some control over had 2/50 a/c, roll down two windows and drive 50mph. my first real car also had 2/50 a/c. again i drove both cars in 110 degree heat.

i have been out when we had a record high of 118 degrees, two degrees short of shutting down the airport here, they did in fact shut down the airport in phoenix because the temp was 122 degrees.

man will survive, we always have, because we are the most adaptable species on the planet.

I can’t believe I survived global cooling, killer bees, and acid rain only to be killed by this.
