The problem is when a business hires a black person who happens to have the "best credentials." Then all of the white candidates cry racism because there is no way in hell, in their minds, that a minority candidate can be better than them.
And how would any of the white candidates know they hired a black person? I’ve never known who someone has hired when interviewing for a job. Do they send out a notice telling everyone who interviewed the race of the person they hired? Makes no sense. Another BS example to try to play the race card.
The real problem is when a business has to get rid of a black person for poor performance. Then they have to worry about being sued for discrimination.
