not really, at least during the obama administration, the republicans offered up real alternatives to things even though the media didnt report on them. i reality the democrats worked hard to lock the republicans out.

She is exactly right, Democrats oppose everything that involves a moderate, sensible, common-sense agenda and pretty much the only think Democrats govern in droves are big cities and they ignore every single massive issue in their big cities.
Democrats oppose everything because the only issue they are running on this year is open-borders and worshiping illegal aliens, anchor babies and MS-13.
Eric Garcetti is a good Democratic example, opposes Trump's common-sense agenda but ignoring the tent cities, human waste and parks like McArthur Park in the center of the city which are nothing but third-world camps of filth that reek terribly.
