Manafort got the guy a campaign position and sweetened the deal of "please approve this loan " by asserting he will be rewarded mightily with a job in the Administration after Trump was elected.
Manafort or Trump dropped the ball on honoring this offer of" a job in exchange for approving fraudulent loan" and this fella is mightily UPset.
