I'm not a fan of Trump by any means but he does understand that methods employed by previous administrations are precisely why the situation has become son critical. Perhaps we should let Obama negotiate! Oh wait, he passed this load of crap onto Trump! At this point in time one can't say if we will or will not have success...we should hope so!
From the articles I've read today, doesn't look like the negotiations are getting very far.
The idea that Kim getting a meeting means anything is MSM myths. At worst, we're back where we started and at least Trump has a relationship unlike "sanctions" Obama.

Is he threatening his own people with his nukes? Dhow does he use the nukes to stay in power? He can easily do away with the nukes and use his control over his police and military to stay in power while he strives to make his country better for the people, with the help of the USA, but it is up to him to do it that way.

Instead we read history - and even current events (I've read at least 4 books by N. Koreans...maybe more).
What one really has to wonder is why people "watch the news" for information. In fact, that's probably the very reason why Trump - unlike most of us - doesn't know how this will end. He watches Fox.
The news is a shortcut for those who want to watch bimbos or man-childs spew out what their producers and owners tell them to. Only by understanding geography, history, human nature and much more can one have even an inkling of what is going to happen.
No....I (or we) don't know the outcome. But just as we KNOW Trump is not going to invent and produce an electric car with a 500 mile range or a new chip with 4X the density of the current models, we KNOW that he is a clown and a con man and that nothing he does can turn out properly...because he doesn't study, read, learn or have patience...
Now - according to the "multiple choice" theory, he will occasionally get something right. I could give you the hardest multiple choice exams in the word and you would likely score 25% (on a a,b,c,d test). So would monkey.
