Maxine Waters
Net Worth Rank: 144th in the House
...with an estimated net worth of $275,505 in 2016.
That number doesn’t make sense. Just the equity in her home should be $300-400K. Unless she has some other serious debts or her house is under water.

It would be hilarious if she's deeply in debt. The numbers so far don't add up.

Perhaps Trump is right that her IQ is mid 60s.

Her salary was quoted as 174k which is not too great. Thanks for bringing up race yet again for no reason.

Of course she lives in a mansion outside of her district. Folks keep voting this charlatan in. She’s been in office for nearly 30 years and her district is an absolute Moderator cut: inappropriate language
The place looks worse than the South Bronx. Also her district is the poorest in the country.

I don't think its a big deal. I don't really have any opinion and the OPs purpose is ridiculous. Her district was remapped and that is why she is a few blocks outside the district now. To any normal person, that makes sense and isnt a big deal. I was just curious about the link you posted. If her home is worth $3-4.5 million, her equity should be 10% or more right? 10% is $300-450K. But her net worth is less then that and I can't imagine she doesn't have other assets like cars, bank accounts, retirement, etc... I was just pointing out those numbers don't seem to line up.
