Yes, let's just throw out the Constitution while we're at it.
That is exactly the goal of the leftist. He did a an enemy of freedom and America. Funny though how quick the left plans to turn on the courts. After all the leftist activists have employed the court to illegally make law regarding gay marriage, abortion and affirmative action for decades and now and the thought we could use that same court to put things right constitutionally now brings about leftist calls to abolish them.
Let’s review what kind of things we have heard lefties suggest should happen in America.
1. Restrict free speech to prevent sensitive groups from hearing offensive speech.
2. Restrict or repeal 2nd amendment
3. Tenth amendment basically nullified or ignored
4. State control of healthcare, taxpayer funded college and de facto redistribution of wealth via high taxes on the rich to pay for all these socialist programs.
5. Promotion of deviant behavior, social experimentation and demonization of Christians and white people.
Obviously they are a threat to our freedom and culture. In fact they are a bigger threat than the Soviets, being a domestic threat they have the power to destroy this nation from within. All effort should be made to stop them, all options should remain on the table including physical resistance. Our founding fathers would expect us to pull out all the stops to prevent these people from ruining 240 years of efforts to build up America. That is what they did when they waged a civil war against the crown. We may face the same challenge.

Democrats never did like this one. Democrats demand redistribution policies, a form of slavery. The rich can't enslave African Americans anymore so they demand enslavement of the entire working class.

You don't like free speech and want politically correct speech (translation, silence the opposition) - Calling for the harassment of anyone you don't agree with. If you don't like what they say accuse them of being racist, terrorist and on and on. The left only likes it when they gather but attacks conservative gathering.

Article [V] (Amendment 5 - Rights of Persons)
The left tried to convicted Trump claiming Russian collusion without evidence.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury
[Article XII] (Amendment 12 - Election of President)
You don't like the Electoral College. Geez, even before President Trump was sworn into office you were calling for impeachment.
It's what a lot of liberal democrats want. Think about it. They hate the National Anthem, the flag, our laws. In California, they worry about plastic straws and illegal immigrants, but ignore the human feces all over the San Francisco city hall and all of the Americans who are homeless or lost their way.
Good one, they ban plastic straws but ignore people living on the streets and the garbage and human feces they create.

The Constitution should've never been ratified. It was a usurpation of power from the individual into the hands of the State. The Articles of Confederation should never have been abandoned.
I’m hoping that with a solidly conservative SC, they will get back to their limited original Constitutional purpose: cases involving disputes between states or with foreign powers; and that they will return social issue cases back to the states where the people can decide for themselves.
