So did every President since Truman, when the NSA was founded, given that none have ever stopped the data collection. In fact, of the Presidents who have ruled since 1952, I'd give Nixon and Obama most credit for weaponizing federal agencies and executive branch departments for their political ends, with the IRS, SEC, CIA, FBI and NSA leading the pack.

has the Constitution been repealed since 1952?

we have lost or since of or place in history. America's intelegencia no longer even pretends to be unbiased. I am so very sad for this country.

I am truely afraid of what is to come as we have morons in charge of education and a generation being raised by idiots.

that has never been in question.

What has been in question is why you Lefist American Citizens dont beleive the rest of us has the same rights as you do?

Because BY YOUR ACTIONS you clearly do not believe those of us on the right have the right to differing political, socail, and/or moral views.

When Scalia died, had there not been a republican controled Senate, or had Hillary won, the constituion as a document would have in a moments notice becomce a relic of a bygone era.

All one has to do to know that is fact, is read the minority decision in the Heller case, listen to Ruth Bader Ginsburg talking about our constituion what what she would recomend other nations do. (hint she thinks other nations should avoid anything that resimbles our constitution)

read the opinons of hte liberals on the court that have begun to site the laws and constituions of OTHER nations as reason for deciding points of American constituional law.

Listen to liberal leaders in THIS country that lament the constituional bases of "negative rights"
Listen to liberal leaders in THIS country talking about what the first amendement SHOULD mean, in the context of what they deem "hate speech".

Thank GOD we didnt get Garland. Had we done so, the constitution would have been worth less than your toilet paper.
Oh for heaven's sake, no the Constitution would not have died under Hillary.
