These Chicago shootings the OP wants to blame on Obama and Liberals .... is almost exclusively GANG ON GANG related. There are a handful of south and couple Westside neighborhoods all are centered.
These neighborhoods mostly .... are where Black residents are leaving the city. Sadly, the city isn't winning in this gang violence. Though it is down. The upswing seems to have had its upswing as Chicago tore down its notorious failed housing-projects 90s thru 2013. The gang activity formally there mixing in other areas and turf battles.
Chicago is a tale of two cities. Very segregated and so is this Gang on Gang crime. Seems the city can't stop most on these neighborhoods where most of these crimes (shootings) occur and the population loss continues. Eventually it will be mew areas to gentrify as the city renews unevenly.

No one supports gangs and their criminals more than the Dems and MS-13 Nancy Pelosi who invite them in with the open borders agenda to roam free and kill at will. Their desire to abolish ICE is proof positive they will support gang activity if they can increase their base for votes.

What the heck does Nancy Pelosi have to do with Chicago and gangs? How many gangs in SF does she support and they have? Maybe gangs among the homeless....
Honestly, gang members with criminal histories vote? I can understand the Chicago political machine goes for votes in even the Southside areas of Chicago with most crime.... but poor still vote far less. Too lazy ya know .....

I lived in Chicago for years, when it was basically illegal to own a handgun in the city (Heller decision changed that, but it was after I left). I moved to Seattle, where not only are handguns legal, but a concealed carry permit can be obtained upon 5 minutes of paperwork. IIRC there were about 20 murders in Seattle last year.
